We are open seven days a week to take bookings or answer any questions about our beginner kitesurf courses and IKO kitesurf instructor courses. 

Our kitesurf teaching locations are on the amazing beaches of the Karikari Peninsula, at Rangiputa Beach in westerly winds and Tokerau Beach in Easterly winds. We will let you know where to meet on the day of your lesson depending on wind direction and conditions. 

 


Directions to the Karikari Peninsula

  • Head up north on SH1 then SH10. Go past Mangonui and through Coopers Beach, Cable Bay and Taipa. About 15km after Taipa turn right onto Inland Road, and the Karikari Peninsula. You will then either turn left to go to Rangiputa or right to Tokerau Beach.

We strive to offer the very highest levels of kitesurf instruction and service, but sometimes we might not get something quite right. If you have a question or complaint about the service you have received, please contact us so that we can resolve things.

First step

As a first step, contact Zoe or Berny and explain your concerns. We will try to resolve the matter straight away in a fair and reasonable manner, that satisfies you as a valued customer. We will also update any systems or procedures as appropriate to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered to our future customers.

Please provide a short, clear description of the reasons for your complaint together with any relevant supporting documents.

Next steps

If you have sent us a complaint and given us an email address, we will send you an email confirming we have received your complaint. Otherwise we will write to you acknowledging your complaint. We will look into your complaint and contact you to work through the issue. You should expect a response from us within 1 – 3 days. If we need to take longer because, for example, we need to get additional information or it is a detailed matter, we will let you know.
